1000lb & 500lb Club

The 1000lb & 500lb Club is an exclusive weight lifting club for both male and female lifters. To become a “member” of the club, you must complete one repetition of a squat, bench press and deadlift with a combined weight of 1000lb for males and 500lbs for females. You will then be recognized on our Club Board at Gym 4 in the Warrior Zone.
